I have been trying to make time to write this letter for several months. It is pertaining to one of your employees in Fayetteville, NC. In August of this year, my husband and I took three of our grandchildren to Kings Dominion in VA. During our trip I lost my keys on the roller coaster. I called the employee at Triangle Rent a Car in Fayetteville, NC. He had to send someone for the spare key in Greensboro, NC and bring the key to Virginia. The most wonderful experience that we had during this ordeal was that the assistant manager Jarvis knew that they were closing and gave me his cell number to remain in contact with him. I called him at least 10 times that day and night. He was always pleasant and calm although I am sure I had awakened him a couple of those times. I called him continuously every forty minutes until the vehicle arrived at 11:30 p.m. I know very few employees of any statue would have done what he did to ensure we were safe and back on the road. I hope you feel as I do that when customer service sucks to the max, generally these days, your man stood up for our family. We are now loyal customers and we make referrals because he performed well above the call of duty. Thank you for hiring this young man, he has been thanked by me already but I had to let you know how he stood up for us. I hope you let him know that he is well appreciated by us!

The service and knowledge of the agents have been stellar but I would like to take the time to personally commend one particular agent, Terri at the Spring Forest Branch has demonstrated superior customer service and product knowledge. I visit the branch on an average of 3 to 4 times a week and every time that I have served by Terri has been one enjoyable experience. Her personality and customer service skills represent Triangle's overall business attitude. So often we hear talk of bad experiences but my experience with Triangle Rent a Car was surely a great one! Let me begin by saying that 6/2/07 I was prepared to take a vacation out of town. I had prior arrangements with another car rental company who was voted #1 with my insurance co. My reservations had been made over the phone, I told the person taking the reservation that I would be paying by Visa debit card and she said no problem. I was quite excited this being my first vacation, Only to arrive at the rental office to be told after running my Drivers license for a credit check that my credit score was not good enough to rent a car. I vote Triangle rent a car # 1! I called the Triangle Rent a Car at the Harbison Blvd, Columbia SC location and you told me to come right on over and you took care of me and my family without a problem. Thank you so much Triangle! You not only approved me for a car, you give me my favorite color (blue) and I didn't even have to ask for it. Thanks to the manager there!
