We call it a Reservation Center but we do much more than just make reservations. Triangle Rent A Car's reservation center is a support service center to our 30 branches across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia. In fact, our Reservation Center should be called an Information Center, because the amount of information we distribute on a daily basis. Our team members deal in information, for the customer, but also ensuring accurate information gets into the right hands at each of the Triangle Rent A Car locations. No worries, though, we're not just an information center. We do take reservation! The great thing about our Reservation Center is, we are local; most customers don't realize they are talking to a team member in our Raleigh, NC Reservation Center where our corporate headquarters are located. Triangle Rent A Car is proud to keep jobs at home in the USA, and we also proud of the support our team members provide to our customers.
We Will Not Miss Your Call
We do not want to miss your call and we do not want you waiting on hold for any length of time. When you call any Triangle Rent A Car location, if your call is not answered in four rings the call will automatically roll over to our Reservation Center. Our team at the reservation center is an extension of the local Triangle Rent A Car team that you deal with locally, so you will get the exact same friendly and knowledgeable support you would at any of our store locations. We support our stores in many ways. We can check vehicle availability, explain your options, extend your rental, and answer questions about your contract.

Our Reservation Center handles anything you as our valued customer might need assistance with. Want a price quote? We'll let you know how much --including the tax and fees. Need to make a reservation? Of course we can help you with a reservation. We can even help you with a rental extension if you need it. Triangle Rent A Car can send you a copy of a past rental from us, help you with using the electric lift on a box truck, and give you quick and accurate information if you are in an accident, and direct you as to what to do. In short, Triangle Rent A Car's Reservation Center can help you with any number of things you might need assistance with while in one of our rental vehicles.
